Hello! I’m Ellie, and I am so excited to share my passion for fitness and nutrition with you.

I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and have a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition.

Growing up in California, I have lived an active lifestyle, as a dancer, surfer, and lover of the outdoors. However, I often struggled to maintain balance in my life. After years of education and training, I have found an approach to fitness and nutrition that has helped me be healthier and more active than ever.

I created Balanced By Ellie to work with others who want to find balance and feel their best. Fitness and nutrition can seem complicated and overwhelming, but I’m here to help. Using my extensive knowledge and experience, I will provide clients with personalized recommendations and easy-to-follow plans. My approach combines evidence-based practices with compassion and collaboration, to help you achieve your goals by finding a more balanced lifestyle.
